here's another favourite restaurant reputed for its magnificent taste of raw fish

Welcome to Don! this restaurant is located in the heart of ashrafieh in a newly bluit center Restos St Nicolas.

the food is so good and it satisfies your hunger. portions are very convenient with the prices and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. despite the self service concept, all was very good.

we ordered : 1- the salmon poke which is a sushi rice bol topped with chunks of raw salmon, avocado, edamame, radish,sea weed, baby corn, spinach, wood ear mushrooms and black sesame seeds in a light ponzu sauce. what more could you ask for!

2- Marinated salmon which is a sushi rice bol topped with marinated salmon, purslane avocado, edamame, spring onions and black sesame seeds. light, fresh and delicious.

3- and the well famous Makis.
