Strawberry and blackberry smoothie

Smoothies are fast, easy, healthy and refreshing. This one has just 4 ingredients but you'd never know it based on how creamy, smooth and satisfying it is.
By using frozen fruit, I didn't need to add ice which can water down smoothies.
The recipe as written will serve two and you can freeze the second portion for later.
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of yogurt (plain or any flavour as you wish)
- Strawberries (4 pieces cut in a half)
- Blackberries (4 pieces)
- About 1 small cup of milk (almond milk or any other favourite milk)
What to do next? blend all the ingredient together in a blender on high power until desired smoothie texture and consistency is achieved. Decorate the bowl with whatever you want (fruits, oat, cornflakes..) and here you go! Serve it immediately and Bon appetit!
